Mr. Mohamed Qasim Al Ali

Deputy Chairman

Mr. Al Ali is the Chief Executive Officer of National Bonds Corporation PJSC, having formerly served as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer since May 2007.

Mr. Al Ali has held senior management positions in the commercial divisions of the Emirates Group. In addition to serving as General Manager for UK and Ireland at Emirates Airlines, he was also Vice President, Customer Service and Operations at Dnata, the ground handling company at Dubai International Airport. He started his career with Emirates as Overseas Area Manager in 1989.

Mr. Al Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) and an IATA Diploma in Airline Management.

Mr. Saleh Abdullah Lootah

Mr. Lootah is a member of the Board of Directors of Lootah Capital and is the Executive Director of Lootah Holding.

After graduating with an MBA from the USA, attending Harvard Business School’s General Management Program and graduating in Leadership from IMD University, Saleh Abdullah has been appointed to multiple executive and non-executive directorships in regional and international entities.

His passion and drive for excellence has led him to receive numerous international and regional awards, in particular, by applying the European Foundation for Quality Management Model of Excellence to the various companies he has managed.

Mr. Amer Ali

Mr. Ali is the Executive Director of Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA), a government organization entrusted with regulating and safeguarding the maritime sector in Dubai.

Mr. Ali leads DMCA’s vision of a safe and vibrant maritime environment, through the creation and support of world-class maritime regulations that streamline the maritime sector in Dubai and guarantee higher levels of sustainability.

Prior to joining DMCA, Mr. Ali served as a Director, Ports Customs and Free Zone Corporation.

Mr. Ahmed Al Ansari

Mr. Ahmad Al-Ansari is the Acting Chief Executive Officer, Dubai South, Board member at Emaar Malls, Former board member at Smartword & Du Serve FM, Former Chairman at Al Noor Rehabilitation & Welfare for People of Determination & Institute of Internal Auditors, Former acting CEO at Dubai South

Mr. Al Ansari is an entrepreneur with 20 plus years of experience in various industries such as finance, aviation, urban planning and retail amongst others.
