Al Barsha 2

The Souq Extra Al Barsha retail centre comprises comprises 16 retail tenancies with a total gross leasable area of 8,804 SqFt distributed across a ground floor level.

Al Barsha is a low-rise residential community, located in the centre of Dubai. The area comprises of three main districts, Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha 2 and Al Barsha South.

The retail centre is located in Al Barsha 2, which lies between Al Barsha 1 and Al Barsha South. The area is popular with both GCC and expatriates due to it’s close proximity to local and international schools, the city’s major business hubs and it’s excellent connectivity to both Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road, each of which are less than a 
5 minute drive away.

The catchment areas for this centre are comprised of residents of Al Barsha 2 and 3, which together have a population base of approximately 19,600.

Situated adjacent to Belal Mosque, the retail centre occupies a prominent site close to the corner plot at the junction of 42b and 3th street. The street links
to 50th street, which is the main road connecting Al Barsha to Al Khail Road. Land uses in the immediate vicinity include Khalfan School, the Children’s Garden Nursery and School, Al Barsha Park 3 and a number of private residential villas.
