The Souq Extra Al Quoz retail centre is located within a mixed-use community located in between Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Safa Park and Business Bay. The centre comprises 15 retail tenancies with a total gross leasable area is 13,456 SqFt distributed across a ground floor level.
The community is broadly split into a residential area in the northeast and an industrial area in the southwest. The residential area is made up of low-rise residential buildings, typically occupied by Emirati and GCC nationals who are attracted by its convenient location and spacious houses.
