Finance Manager Umair Ahmad has been an integral part of the Souq Extra team since 2013.
Happy 5th anniversary Umair!
Today he shares with us 5 reasons why working for Souq Extra is so special to him:
1) A Growing Group: When I started off at Souq Extra, the Finance team was just two people. Today we are 6 and growing.
2) Personal Growth: Apart from my financial roles, my job at Souq Extra has also given me great experience with government leasing and other legalities. During my tenure here, I have been promoted from Financial Accountant to Finance Manager.
3)Modern Technologies: At Souq Extra I have learnt to use the YARDI VOYAGER software, which is the latest version being used for retail today.
4) Great Colleagues: At Souq Extra, our colleagues are our second family. We work together, we lunch together, and celebrate each and everyone’s achievements as a team
5) On a Personal Note: My family and I won the ‘Best Dressed Family’ award in the annual Lootah Get-Together last year, and still treasure this photo.
